1. About Us
Autism & Neurodiversity Coaching provides specialist coaching, accredited diagnostic pathways, training, and consultancy services for individuals, families, and organisations. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Autism & Neurodiversity Coaching.
2. Services
We aim to provide all services with reasonable skill and care. Coaching and mentoring are supportive and educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological treatment unless explicitly stated as part of an accredited diagnostic pathway.
3. Bookings & Payment
Fees are confirmed at the point of booking. Payment terms will be agreed in advance. Where ongoing or subscription services are provided, the applicable recurring fee and billing cycle will be made clear before you commit.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Specific cancellation terms will be shared at the time of booking. We will always try to be flexible where personal circumstances require it.
5. Confidentiality
We treat your personal information and the content of our sessions as confidential, and handle your data in line with applicable data protection law. Information is only shared where you have given consent or where we are required to do so by law.
