Our Story
Diagnosed as autistic later in life, our founder, Ben Holmes, has first-hand experience of the challenges, misconceptions, and barriers that many neurodivergent people encounter. Inspired by his own journey, Ben founded Autism & Neurodiversity Coaching to provide coaching and training grounded in genuine understanding, combining lived experience with evidence-based knowledge to support meaningful change.
Following his diagnosis, Ben dedicated himself to developing a deeper understanding of autism and neurodiversity, exploring how neurodivergent minds experience, process, and interact with the world. This passion continues to drive our mission: promoting autism acceptance, empowering neurodivergent individuals, and helping organisations recognise and harness neurodivergent strengths.
Today, Autism & Neurodiversity Coaching delivers a comprehensive range of coaching, training, and diagnostic services, supporting individuals, families, and some of the UK's most recognisable organisations to create more inclusive, understanding, and strengths-based environments.
