As someone diagnosed as autistic later in life, I understand many of the challenges neurodivergent people experience every day. I founded Autism & Neurodiversity Coaching to provide coaching and training built on genuine lived experience, evidence-based practice, and a belief that when people are understood and supported appropriately, they can thrive.
