Hello, my name is Hayley North. I am one of the coaches at ANC. I am fully qualified for the following:

BA (Hons) Education with Psychology and Counselling

Aswell as studying Autism & Neurodiveristy, I also experience Neurodiversity myself. I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, and Depression.

Since experiencing mental health conditions from a young age, I have been passionate about raising awareness and providing support to individuals in similar situations, as I understand that living in this world where you feel misunderstood, can be difficult.

I believe that having these conditions are beneficial to coaching others, as I can share my experiences and also be empathetic to others while they share theirs.
