These are sessions that are specifically tailored towards autism and neurodiversity awareness, as well as how managers can tailor their own approach to such individuals. Again, any examples given will be tailored specifically to your business. This can also lead to the development of relevant policies.

These sessions are tailored to the business. For example, when discussing challenges an autistic person may experience in the workplace, the examples would include specific scenarios that your business creates.


The sessions include a mixture of presentations and tasks to get staff involved and thinking about how the workplace affects someone with a neurodiverse condition. such as autism, anxiety, dyspraxia, OCD, depression, dyslexia, and ADHD, as well as mental health in general (for example, stress management).


We recommend at least a half day session, at about 2.5-3 hours

Mentoring for Neurodiverse Staff

£100/hr

Individual coaching/support/awareness for any staff that you may have with autism/neurodiversity This can be a one-time meeting, or a regular weekly/monthly meeting.

Mentoring for Managers

£100/hr

This is different from the leadership and management training in that this is done on a one-on-one basis and focuses more on helping managers properly manage specific autistic/neurodiverse individuals.


We delve into specific examples of how a member of staff is being challenged/succeeding/failing, not complying/underperforming, and how your business can best support them. This helps to prevent the need for staff to be put on special performance reviews. This can be a one-time meeting, or a regular weekly/monthly meeting.

There are a whole host of topics that we can train, coach, and talk about. As we have lived experience of Autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia, OCD, Anxiety, and depression, we can confidently talk about all of these conditions. But ultimately, we tailor each session towards the needs of the business or individual client.


One to One neurodivergent coaching sessions could include advice on how to stay in employment, how to make sense of your recent diagnosis, how to plan your day, and explaining social situations.


Business session topics could include “How to get the best out of your neurodivergent employee”, “What is ADHD”, “Dyspraxia awareness”, and “How to make your working environment autism-friendly”.


Public/Motivational or motivational speaking could include “Autism vs. ADHD”, “How intrusive thoughts impact someone with OCD”, “Explaining Dyspraxia”, and “Different types of Anxiety”.
