My name is Courtney and I have the following:

Level 5 Diploma in Mental Health Awareness

In-house training for Neurodiversity and personally have some of the conditions

At the age of nine, I was diagnosed with ADHD, Dyscalculia and obsessive compulsive disorder. In my teens, I struggled with agoraphobia, and I have also been diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder.

Having grown up in a household filled with neurodiversity-diverse family members, I have seen firsthand that being neurodiversity-diverse is not at all a disadvantage; it’s an advantage. We see the world in a completely different light, and that can often leave us feeling misunderstood and quite lonely at times.

My personal experiences in life have made me very passionate about helping others like myself. I would love to help others through my experience and raise awareness not only about the “conditions” but also about the people themselves by breaking the stigmas.
